The apartment is situated on Saki Karagiorga Street in Glyfada (not Ano It is located 15 km. from the Athens International Airport, which is between 20-25 minutes by car or any other means of transportation. There's a bus station outside the apartment's door for buses coming from the centre of Athens (Kalimarmaro Stadium and Akadimias Avenue) and behind the apartment is the opposite route towards Athens. It's a 110 sq.m., 3-bedroom apartment with one master bedroom with king size double bed and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds. All bedrooms have wall fitted wardrobes. The flat can accommodate up to six people. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern facilities -- dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, toaster, blender and of course all kitchen utensils as well as a gas barbeque facility, a TV with a home cinema surround system, VCR and DVD players. The apartment building was finished in September 2000 and is very modern in design and colours. The apartment itself is fitted with white Italian marble on the floor and Brazilian granite in the kitchen. All furniture is imported from Italy and special care was taken in the bathroom and the WC. Closed parking space in the basement can facilitate two cars of up to four metres in length each. The apartment has four balconies with open space view of the garden and the streets in a quiet and expensive area on the second floor of a four-floor apartment building. It is 500 meters from the centre of Glyfada and 600 metres from the sea and the Glyfada marina, where the tram terminal will be located. There is no view of the sea, but there is a view of the mountain. The apartment has balconies with unrestricted views to the North, East and West. It has a telephone. Nearest Olympic venues: Vouliagmeni, where some sea sports will take place, and of course Aghios Kosmas and the old airport (Hellenikon), where softball, tennis, kayak, sea sports and other sports will take place, are only 8-10 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is ideal for golfers: The Glyfada Golf Club is only 5 minutes walking distance. Also Paleo Faliro and Pireaus are approx. 15 minutes by car or bus. The nearest metro station is currently in Dafni, which is another 15 minutes by bus or car. Price: Upon
